Based on Old Crow's stuff, ic 31 isn't a memory chip, it's a gate
that's used sometimes for controlling leds and in this case it does.
So that's your LED problem most likely.

Just from experience with corrosion; it can travel in ways that you
wouldn't think are possible. It can travel through wire harnesses and
cause traces on other sides of boards to errode.

I'd just double check with Old Crow's schematics based on what you
have issues with.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
