So I found the Reset Adjuster

2005-12-30 by motionsandwaves

Turned it counter clockwise and the lights all lit up , adjusted it so 
it wasn't edgy. After 20 minutes or so it still reverts back to Bank 
A, Sound 1. Any other suggestions?
