What do you mean by "too bad" ? Either it has leaked and prossibly 
caused damage or not. It doesn't have to affext the noise floor.

I think just about any technician can replace it for you (to convert 
to Lithium another compoent has to be replaced)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
