Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

Hello,
Again here is a polysix with the "no sound at all" problem.
When I measure with oscilloscoop on KLM366 (new) ic 9 pin 1 there is a 
constant pattern but not a 0.5 V/oct. Keystrokes has no effect at all, 
processor 8049 gives signals on DB0..DB8. Also no output on gate 0...3 
= pin 15,10,7,2 ic 5 on keystroke.
Does anyone has suggestions.
Please help me, I look forward to hear the nice sound again.
