Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

After fixing my Trident, I find that its rather noisy...

The strings sound a bit distorted, and not clean. With some synth 
patches I can hear noise the sounds like some interference from the 
computer board (??) - the same type you often hear from your computer 
soundcard (groung loop ?)

Any idea ??
