Matrix 6 Keyboard 2.13 Firmware

I suspect my Matrix 6 is suffering from a bad Eprom. Does anyone have a copy of the 2.13 firmware that I could use to burn on a new Eprom?

I uploaded V2.13 and V2.13A firmware images to the files area. V2.13 fixes many sysex bugs. V2.13A was primarily for resolving the pitch lever inconsistencies with the M-6 keyboard.
