Hi James

I once made a sysex-based editor for the 6/6r on the PC1600. Pressing the 
buttons would take you to a differerent Parameter page on the 6R, and 
moving the sliders let you change those parameters.

I believe that info was in the Midi/sysex spec for the 6/6R.
