It is. The contents of the Pinder CD are available all over the Internet on 
 many torrent sites. I think the seller is breaking the law.

In have notified the seller that he is selling copyrighted material. I have

eBay and explained that he voluntarily yanked it.

As I mentioned, the sale has been pulled by the seller. He admitted he made 
 a mistake and won't repeat it. I warned him that the Mellotron community 
is  vast. He seemed genuinely apologetic.
