Massachusetts Mellotron Owner tax question

Hi, I know there are a few of you on this list.I have a question. I was just informed yesterday from Taxachusetts that the Streetly refurbished Tron I bought back in'04 was due some sort of import tax and that on top of the tax I'm now liable for 4 years of unpaid interest. I paid Menlo Trade Service the duty fees upon delivery Have any of you had this problem?Please contact me offlist with any thoughts-recommendations. Thank you, Pete(marabus@charter.net)
