Watching & Waiting

Watching & Waiting

2016-07-10 by Ken Merbler

FYI, I saw Justin Hayward here in Dallas a few weeks ago, and he sang "Watching & Waiting". His vocals were great, he had a female keyboard
player who played samples and did a nice job. I've never heard that live before, it was a treat for me. Of course, the keys on the album version are magnificent and I'd love to have the recipe for how they did that. Mr Hayward also had some kind words for Mike Pinder at the show, so that was nice to hear.

Mellotron 4000D masquerading as both a Chamberlain and M300. It's as close as I could get it to the original at the end.

Nice work Andy, but I much prefer M-tron pro to the sound of the M4000D
