I can't help but wonder what's going to happen to his Mark II. I hope it  
ends up in good hands.

Very sad to hear this.  Frank was a friend and a great source of information for anything tron related.  He helped me out a couple of months ago when I needed to do some routine maintenance on my MKII.  He sent step by step instructions and pictures.  One of a handful of people I know that could help out with a MKII.  Now there's one less.

Many fond memories of the Pindertron unveil at Jerry's in 2004.  I caught all of the MKII jamming on audio, will have to listen to it again today.  Frank's slogging through "Peak Hour" was a highlight.

I didn't even know he was ill.  He will be missed.

I'd expect that this one, in excellent condition, with its provenance
and musical history should command top dollar.

He wasn't anymore, though I *think* at one time he was. He didn't get into details when I met him, I just the vibe that they grew apart at some point and decided it was best to split ways.

Frank was divorced and estranged from his ex-wife and daughter.
