I will not be held responsible for any physical or mental injury or damage to audio equipment caused by clicking on the link below, don't click on it, it only encourages me and there is a version of Nights in White Satin in the pipeline. Don't click that link! You know it makes sense.

Off Topic.. some of my stuff on ebay.

2010-12-07 by Mark Wallis

Hi folks.. Hustle time!

If any of you good people are interested, (and you're more likely to be than most) I'm selling off some bits from my collection of sonic wardrobes..
Currently there's a 1961/2 ish Bird organ on ebay, a lovely device in need of some TLC. They're all-valve, everything from power supply, master oscillators, buffering, reverb driver and recovery, EL34 power amp.. Same Herrburger-Brooks keyboards as early Voxes and they look a bit like MkIIs.. some recapping needed but nothing too hectic. I need space and cash so I'm trying to get down to just the remaining 'sacred cows'.. while I still have some. And I'd like to spend some money on my motorcycle, which is nearly ready for the road again 14 years after destroying a FIAT X1/9 and getting more than a little squashed herself..

I'm throwing in another one for spares and can provide copies of the techie manual..

If you're at all interested search 'vintage valve Bird' on ebay..

I also have some others that might yet get auctioned off. Yes folks, I own 5 of the things in various shapes..

Love and Scones

Such exuberance….

Yeah, but they have a white B3. That's got to count for something!

I think they were better off with the B3, 35 notes would be a bit limited, not that the mellotron has any limitations, let me hasten to add.
