Uh oh, I'm in the same boat. Not the Tron though, its proximity to
vacuum tubes in Fenders. They suck the follicles right out of you.

I have recently noticed that my hair has started to thin and turn a bit
gray. I have noticed other Mellotron owners with what appears to be the
same affliction. So I'm beginning to think that if you have a Mellotron
long enough, this is likely to happen. Back in 2002 when I first
acquired a Mellotron in the modern age, I had more hair and no gray.
When I was young I had one, but only for a short time so it didn't have
a chance to cause any changes. Over the last several years I have been
pretty much surrounded by them and my hair seems to be thinning and
turning gray. There has to be a correlation.
