The Mellotron Group

I have it on good authority that Mike actually did play a BiroTron....One that had been (ab)used for 25 years and was in a Mellotron shop for refurbishing. And STILL I cant imagine that the keyboard action could be anything less than 1000% faster than the Mellotron sitting next to it. Mind you , Mike said "The keyboard is heavier than a direct action pipe organ, thanks to the
keys being sprung with something that could have been used to catapult
boulders over a castle wall 600 years ago"
    Can a Mellotron trill 10 or more notes per second? Well, guess what can? Ill give you a hint........BiroTron
