There IS a Mk2 in a museum or such-like in the US somewhere - I lifted 
a JPEG of it off the 'net. For some unexplained reason, I think it's in 
(or close to) New York, though I am perfectly willing to be corrected 
on that point. According to the blurb attached to the JPEG (which I 
never retained), King Crimson used it on their first tour of the USA in 
November/December 1969. I've tried to copy & paste the JPEG here, but 
this site won't let me.
