The Mellotron Group

It's an M400.  At 0:19s the red cap on the power switch is visible.  Neither the M4000 or M400D have one.  You can just see it if your cursor isn't on the youtube control bar.
  I wonder what the voice is?  Clarinet?  It sounds square-wavish.

I think it’s an M400, but it seems taller, like the 
M4000, hmmm.

At 0:18, there's a blue flash on the control panel that could be from the 
digital readout on an M4000 or maybe just a reflection. Looks like it could be 
an M400 or an M4000. Who knows?

sounds like a synthesizer sound to me, but it looks like Scott is working a 
pitch knob where it would be on a Mellotron, .....and at the end at 3:37Â the 
side view looks like a cabinet to a M400.
