A lpc2292 is connected to 2 m68aw256 and 2 m29w320. The address lines A2-A22 are connected to the Flash A0-A20 and A2-A19 to the RAM A0-A17. All 32 data lines are connected to the respective data lines on the memory IC's. Also oe and we are there. cs0 is used for the Flash and cs1 for the RAM. And finally I have the 4 bls signals going to the byte select inputs on the RAM IC's. I have not tested the Flash yet, only RAM and that is a no go :-( bcfg0 and 1 are configured for maximum wait states and the appropiate address and data bus length. pinsel2 is also configured according to the UM. Checked and reconfigured those a zillion times. Yesterday I looked at the schematics from the olimex lpc-h2294 board and that is, apart from the Flash hookup which is 16 bits, the same as the schematic for my board. Can you share some more information on your success and source with the RAM tests ? TIA roelof
