The Oki chips are very nice parts. They are almost the only company selling off-the shelf general purpose ARM7TDMI chips with an SDRAM controller (what ARM7 AT91s lack). They were a little bit difficult to source in small quantities though, but I think that is improving now. Price is very good for medium and large volume projects (between US$5-$10).
