Lpc2000

I think my toolchain is trashed.  I'm getting universally BAD code.  I
downloaded 3.3.2 from here:

	http://www.ariusdsp.com/gnuarm/gnuarm.html

But perhaps I didn't install it correctly.  I'm reinstalling it before
getting to far into this.  Is there a most common gcc used for arm?
