Hi, I can only support Karl with this statement. The roadmap in the training session I visited had no 64-pin device with >16k RAM on it. Rumors have it though that later this year Q3/4, there will be a 32k version with 64-pin very similar to the LPC2124. I have not heared rumors about a 64k RAM version coming out this year in addition to the LPC2106.
