Charles,

I don't fully understand your message...it's a bit cryptic.

I have a IAR 2106 Kickstart board and associated code. The board that 
I'm trying to get running is a 2138 from another manufacturer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
