I'm using a Wiggler: http://www.ocdemon.net/

The Amontec Chameleon is better value, as it emulates lots of
different JTAG interfaces: http://www.amontec.com

It's quite easy to make your own copy of the Wiggler (it's just a
buffer chip, an OC transistor and few resistors). I've designed a PCB
for one but haven't actually got round to getting some made. I'll put
the circuit in the Files area.

At least two of us in the group are radio amateurs, myself (G1HSM) and
Kris (VK3XON).
