Yes, I got the prograimming pin (ISP) pulled
low. I just connect the PC's TX and RX to the
uP's TX and RX.

No, the download/boot is contained in a protected area of flash. That
error suggests it doesn't get the autobaud response back from the LPC. You
do have the programming pin pulled low?
What hardware are you using and how do you have it set up?
