IAP call to program the flash takes care of the RAM execution
requirement. i.e. program talking to CAN can execute in flash and 
erase/program flash sectors which are not occupied.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
