The reason you were picked up on your statement is because it is 
completely misleading to quote the speed of the raw flash.

You might was well say the fastest you can run the LPC2xxx is 20MHz. 
This is true by your standards. However, Philips provide a PLL that 
allows you to run it at 60MHz (or whatever the current max rating 
is). In the same way, Philips provide the MAM to allow you to access 
the flash at a much faster rate.

Are you corrent in your direct statements? yes!

Are they misleading? yes!

Are they relevant? no!

As long as you continue to put forward misleading statements on this 
forum, people will point this out. If it annoys you, the simple fix 
is for you to stop doing it.
