Yes, contact your local Philips representative and ask them the 
question.  Traditionally, semiconductor manufacturers have a staff of 
field personnel who answer such questions about thier products.

Here on this list, we are like you: we have used the Philips products in 
our PCB designs, or are doing projects using such boards.

I would suggest you begin with the distributor who sold you the chips.  
Ask them this question.  Ask them if they have a either a "Field 
Engineer"  or "Technical Representative" for Philips.
