Lpc2000

BGA ....
I don't know in other countries, but here in Brasil, unless you have a 
lot of money that means : "Hey don't use me"
I know of a lot of good ICs that I just cannot use, just because here is 
very hard to assembly this boards ans almost impossible to prototype BGA 
components.
But... That's the way life is...
