It certainly appears that 'make' can't find either of the arm-elf programs. I am using GNUArm and I added this to the system path: c:\program files\gnuarm\bin. Windows XP, of course. 1) Are the tools installed? 2) Is there a defined path to reach the tools? If you check the archives, within the last two weeks we have discussed James Lynch's tutorial on using Eclipse, the GNU tools, etc. There will be a link.
