Which tools for ecos and LPC210x?

Is it possible to start/learn
ECOS developement with IAR EWARM 3.40a / CrossWorks or Keil? Does they
support ECOS?
I am new to embedded OS
and looking for a comfortable way to start/learn under Win32 or with
Cygwin...
Is there an article about
this?
