Lpc2000

Version 1.7 of the RDCF2 filesystem for the LPC2000 is available.  
Changes include:

* bugfix: checking for drive presence was not being performed.
* added: times() function to return number of ticks since program start.
* sbrk() returns error to malloc() if heap is exhausted.
