Hi, As part of getting FreeRTOS working on a 2138 platform, I've been evaluating Crossworks as a potential IDE. I've managed to compile and link the Crossworks FreeRTOS demo but need to generate a HEX file to download with the Philips utility. When I select the additional output to HEX, I get an error that the executable objcopy.exe cannot be found. The response from the RA support when I reported the problem was: "I've no idea - it's in the distribution." I've done a search through the RA installed directorys "C:\Program Files\Rowley Associates Limited\CrossWorks for ARM 1.5", and it's nowhere to be found? Anyone know where to get it from? Maybe I'll just stick to the free GCC compiler and Editplus, as it's working. Cheers, Peter. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ Web: www.homanndesigns.com email: homann@...
