Try using the month number as the name of the folder.

I don't want to do that. Is there a way to order the folders january,  
febuary etc?

Create 12 folders in Finder, name them after the months then order  
them by date created?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
