I'm late to the party, sorry... did you repair permissions, did you  
try duplicating and renaming the files and moving them that way,  
repair permissions using the hd repair/set-up utilitiy...G..

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
