No, none of the Aluminium powerbooks can boot OS 9. The last poerbooks
to boot OS 9 were the 867MHz and 1GHz Titanium.

Jam is available as a native app for OS X (I am running Jam 5.0.1).
Older versions will not run in Classic mode.
