If you want to make music, go to music school. If you want to be a recording engineer then go to a recording school. Berklee to some degree offers both. I don't know if Full Sail offers any music, I suspect not. You mentioned being naturally a musician. I disagree. I've always had a good ear, but there's a good reason why they teach music theory and performance. I was a self taught pianist for some time. When I decided to take lessons for a time it made a major difference in my technique. I play faster and better now (when I practice). As for learning theory, I loved it, every second of it.
