Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

Hi y'all, just picked up a Poly-800 (MK1 for lack of a better term), reset sounds via "tape" (got the "ok" message from playing via an aux in cable), but the patches do not seem to come in correctly. If I tweak parameters, I can get sounds working, and they save fine, but I'm lacking in the patch department. I've been able to program all of these, but am hoping for more from you good folks, or perhaps a way forward with making the "tape" reset work properly.
