Process for software update on Hawk 800 please.

I cannot find any instructions for flashing the boot and 3 sysex files to the Hawk.
Ive done all the hardware and it seems fine, but as Im not that familiar with software Id prefer clear instructions to just firing sysex files in flash mode.

Im using midiox.
