Driving Poly 800 with cubase SX...help

Hi, it's the first time i join this group...
I'm Gabriele from Italy and i love making electronic music.
My brother gave me this fantastic instrument, the Poly 800, and i
would like to integrate this synth in my system, composed of an
analogic mixer and Cubase SX with a lot of VST instruments.
How can i play the Poly 800 from within Cubase?
I would like to use Cubase SX as main sequencer and play only sounds
of Poly 800.
How can i do this?
I tried to create a new MIDID device inside Cubase but didn't find
the right patch for Poly 800.
Any suggestion?
