Firefox / WOT warns me not to visit www.patrioticduo.tripod.com/hawk800/

I recently installed a Firefox 'recommended' addon called WOT (web of
trust). See http://www.mywot.com/.

I have just tried to look at
http://www.patrioticduo.tripod.com/hawk800/. However, WOT prevented me
from doing so as it rates the site as 'DANGEROUS'.

I am a Poly 800 mkII owner and 'was' interested in looking at what
upgrades were offer, but I am now put off by the warning.

Has anybody else had problems either with the site or the people involved?

David,

I am the owner and developer of the HAWK-800 upgrade kit and also the maintainer of the website.

The reason why WOT is blocking the site is because some months ago I mangled the web pages and in the process of rebuilding them all I have not yet cleaned up the meta tags and other important HTML in the pages. This causes WOT to consider the site to be dangerous. Sorry about that.

But worse still, the upgrade kit does not work with the Poly-800 MK2. I may end up creating a MK2 kit eventually but I have no date set to begin work on it yet.

Generally plugins like that are more trouble than they're worth.
