It's so quiet around here...

It always gets really quiet when the weather gets nice. Mostly you see
the help I'm doing a gig and my patches are awol. Or... I need a Jump
patch. Heh Heh.

I've been playing with a Matrix-1000 with a few bad CEM chips. I'm mad
at myself because I let a few too many non-working Poly-800's go for
less than my normal amount due to budget constraints. I've seen 8 or 10
of them available in the last month or so. I'm surprised no one turned
up here. Maybe they were all simple fixes. Ouch?!

Still can't find a Poly-800II for the right price. When I do I'll give
you a shout on the sly.

Real time control in a synth that came with like the simplest midi
written mostly as an afterthought. Amazing! Now to get my head around
this OB mod matrix thing...

Speaking of summer, I'm off to the beach for the day. I'll be running
the code around in my head while catching some rays.

I keep getting inquiries if the HAWK-800 kit works with the MK2 and so
I am still looking for a MK2. Thanks for your help if you do find one.

Mike.
