access hold/chord memory mode on ex800?

i have an ex800 but only the poly800 mk1manual. i was
looking at the manual the other day and realized the ex800 doesn't have
the hold or chord memory buttons and there doesn't appear to be any way
to access those features. any thoughts on this?
