Not sure how far along Ben is with the Polysix migration. As you can imagine, both Yahoo and Groups.io servers are very busy with a massive number of migrations. Messaging is up and working fine on the new group, but only 11 of 825 members have joined so far. Adding a PolyEx800 subgroup would only be a good idea if people wanted all of the old emails. I think PolyEx800 would make more sense than KorgPolyEx as a name in this context as a subgroup. Do people really search those old topics, or just ask again? It wouldn’t bother me to just use your new forum and leave the baggage behind.

It sounds like Groups.io has a migration tool for messages as well as files and photos.

Also you mention "we need to save the archives" but I don't see any way of doing that. How is that done?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
