Last Weekend I tried to post this and another post, but they never posted at all.
I will try again today....
Here's another shot at a GUI for the HAWK 800.

its on my Google Drive. You simply click the little download arrow button at the top left to download the zip file.
Inside the zip is the standalone GUI, a ReadMe file (read it!) and the .dll VST file that should let you load the GUI up in a DAW.
Right now I've had problems getting the VST to work right, especially the Automated Controls bit. But you might play around with it and at least get a Midi Controller's controls mapped to any control you want quickly using the VST.
