I struggled a bit with loading the presets from my laptop, playing the tones out of itunes.
Was able to do it finally via trial/error with adjusting the volume.

Wow. Thanks for such a quick response. Your answers match up with what I was thinking/hoping for. I'm going to pull the C batteries out completely knowing the CR2032 is fresh and installed. I should see no ill effects like losing my sounds when I turn off the unit. This will help me confirm the battery mod made by a previous owner actually works. Then I'll test the C batteries by putting them back in and pull the CR2032.Thanks again.!!!Bob
