No, you can't do that with a multimeter because it will read the RMS value instead of peak to peak.
Use your oscilloscope, set the sweep to somewhere from 50uS to 20mS. Then make sure the white noise level is 0.3V from lowest to highest (peak to peak).

Hello again, maybe last question about this topic... :) Noise level check and adjustment: connect oscilloscope to KLM-596 CNA 3 pin and confirm noise level of 0.3 V p-p (+-20%). How to do that with oscilloscope? I am using old russian C1-94. Maybe i can do the same with voltmeter?
