could do the carts add-on ready, and sell teensy kits afterwards..)
just a thought (soz for ongoing offtopic..) :
could you not 'print' the cartridge as a metal mould instead?
this is one of the expnsv parts of manufacturing process;
then do vacuform locally with..?polyprop' or whatever it is.
you can do limited runs more easily that way.(you could even
carve your mould out of MDF :p ..)
or is that what you're doing anyway? thinking of printer, doing
carts 1x1 :) ...

time for production, and i've a friend who'll jump on it too
-> he has *the*original*rare*808*cart*
what the RX5 lacks is thin hihats, so this is just the ticket.
