I had the same problem a couple of years
ago.
Turned out that the battery mod itself caused the
problem.

I recently did a the battery mod on my Poly 800 mk1 and everything seemed fine. However, I've come back to it after a month away and my poly won't turn on! Theres absolutely nothing happening. I've changed the battery and tried different power supplies but still nothing.
You guys have any advice?
