Q: "But there's nothing wrong with the pitch-bend when I have the Poly in
original state. Could the extra IC's on the HAWK-kit draw that extra
power which deregulates the pitch circuit? My PSU is 1A"
A: I doubt that very much but you should check with a multimeter that both the +5V and -5V power rails are as close to +5 and -5 volts as you can get them. What you should do is check the continuity of the 16 pin header cable and also double check to make sure that all signals on the 16 pin cable are soldering and connected on the HAWK board. Also, are you able to modulate the DCO using extended parameters 31-38?

Well the lower octave thing turned out to be the note-follow function for the sequencer... I reset the global variables and after I checked the parameters this came to light... whoops *shame*...
The flash checksum (boot with 'bank hold' pressed) brought an error so I reflashed the whole rom thing.
I post the rom-update link here because I could not find it here in the yahoo support files:
The sole error is now just the pitch bend again, which is probably also the reason why it is detuned.
