Thanks, I followed the guide you sent earlier to swap roms and flashed a good one. This fixed everything. Boot time of the hawk800 is a lot better now.
Bt yhe way; I have a Novation Remote and use it as a controller. I'm designing a template for it, but everytime I send sysex template dump to the novation the Poly displays 'crash' on screen.
Of course it restarts and after that I can continue but I'm not sure why it chokes on the sysex from another manufacturer.
