Yes, this is correct. If the resonance parameter is set to 0 then the knob
can’t to anything. It just controls resonance from 0 up to the parameter value.
Of course, the max value will now cause much higher resonance than was
previously possible, so you probably want to keep it below 15, maybe 13
max.

First post here. I've got my filter mod someone complete but am running
into the issue of the resonance still depending on the parameter value. Is this
correct? Doesn't seem it should be since the Cutoff isn't like that.
